VAST Cleaning wants everyone to be able to book a cleaning on this website — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or voice control.
Effective date: August 7, 2026.
We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means readable text and sufficient contrast, images with text alternatives, forms that can be completed with a keyboard alone, a visible focus indicator, and headings that describe the page structure.
Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the site as we change it, and we fix problems as we learn about them.
Our booking form is provided by an outside service (BookingKoala) and is embedded on our website. We do not control its code, so parts of it may not fully meet the standard above. If the form is difficult for you to use, please call us at (626) 763-8811 — we will take the booking over the phone, with no difference in price or service.
The same applies to any third-party map or payment page we link to.
If you run into something that is hard or impossible to use, we want to know. Please tell us what page you were on and what happened — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

We aim to respond within three business days, and to offer an alternative way of getting the same service while we work on a fix.
Everything on this website can also be done by phone during our working hours, 8:00am to 10:00pm: getting a quote, booking a cleaning, changing an appointment, and paying an invoice. No part of our service requires using the website.
