Where the numbers come from
Square footage. Taken from the Los Angeles County Assessor public record for the address you pick. If the record disagrees with what you typed, we say so on the spot — and we always price the number you confirm.
The price. The same upfront rate table as our booking page, by layout and how recently the property was cleaned. No surge for agents, no hidden trip fee.
The time. Crew size and hours on site come from the work the job actually contains, so you can tell an owner when the property will be free.
Outside Los Angeles County there is no open record, so you enter the size yourself and everything else works the same.
