Cleaning That Matches Your Workmanship.

Presentation that reflects your workmanship. Customers cannot judge a brake job, so they judge the waiting room. Recurring cleaning for the front of house — reception and waiting area, restrooms, offices and the break room — scheduled around your hours and done to the same written list every week, by insured and bonded crews. Shop floors and bays are quoted separately after a walkthrough; the weekly service below covers the customer-facing areas at a flat monthly rate.

Weekly service

Standard Checklist — Every Visit.

Office and waiting area, restrooms, the dining area and the entrance. Same day every week, same list every time.

Office, reception & waiting area

  • Empty all trash cans and put in new bags
  • Dust the shelves, display cabinets and decorations
  • Wipe the glass display-cabinet fronts
  • Dust and wipe the computers, monitors and phones
  • Wipe and disinfect the desks, reception counter and high-touch surfaces
  • Wipe the sofas and chairs
  • Spot-clean the wooden entrance door and door frame
  • Wipe the light switches, outlet covers and door handles
  • Vacuum and mop the floor

Restrooms

  • Empty the trash, put in a new bag, and wipe the can
  • Clean the mirror
  • Wipe and disinfect the sink, faucet and countertop
  • Clean and disinfect the toilet (bowl, seat, base and around it)
  • Spot-clean the door handle, switch and the walls around the sink and toilet
  • Mop and disinfect the floor

Dining & break area

  • Empty the trash and put in a new bag
  • Wipe the microwave inside and out
  • Wipe the refrigerator outside and the handles
  • Wipe and sanitize the water cooler and its drip tray
  • Wipe the counters
  • Wipe the cabinet fronts
  • Wipe the tables and chairs
  • Sweep the floor

Outdoor & entrance

  • Pick up litter and large debris
  • Leaf-blow the outside work area

First visit

First-Time Deep Reset.

The initial clean. Everything in the weekly list plus light fixtures, vents, the insides of display cabinets, baseboards, limescale and hard-water stains in the restrooms.

Office, reception & waiting area

  • Empty all trash cans and put in new bags
  • Remove cobwebs and dust the ceiling corners
  • Dust and wipe the light fixtures
  • Wipe the air vent and A/C grille covers
  • Dust the shelves, display cabinets and all decorations
  • Clean inside the display cabinets and the glass shelves
  • Dust and wipe the computers, monitors, phones and cables
  • Wipe and disinfect the desks, reception counter and high-touch surfaces
  • Wipe and condition the leather sofas and chairs
  • Hand-wipe the doors (whole surface), frames and tops
  • Wipe the light switches, outlet covers and door handles
  • Wash the baseboards
  • Vacuum and mop the floor

Restrooms

  • Empty the trash, put in a new bag, and wipe/disinfect the can
  • Dust and wipe the light fixtures and the exhaust fan cover
  • Hand-wipe the door, frame and walls
  • Clean the mirror
  • Clean and disinfect the sink, faucet and countertop; remove limescale
  • Polish the chrome fixtures and faucets
  • Clean and disinfect the toilet; remove hard-water stains and limescale
  • Wipe the baseboards
  • Deep-scrub and disinfect the floor (corners and edges too)

Dining & break area

  • Empty the trash and put in a new bag
  • Clean the microwave inside and out
  • Clean the refrigerator inside and outside
  • Clean and sanitize the water cooler and its drip tray
  • Wipe and degrease the counters
  • Wipe inside the cabinets and the display shelves
  • Wash the tables and chairs
  • Sweep the floor

Can you clean while the bays are in use?

We schedule around your production, usually evenings or a fixed weekday, so the crew never crosses a job in progress.

How do you handle oil film and brake dust?

With degreasers matched to the floor and a filtered vacuum before any wet work. Wet-mopping over dry brake dust spreads it instead of lifting it.

Do you clean the waiting area and restrooms?

Yes, and they matter more than the bays for how a customer rates you. They are on every visit.

How is it priced?

Per site, quoted in writing before the first visit.
