What North Hollywood homes actually need
Our office is on Simpson Ave, so North Hollywood is the area we clean most and know best. Three patterns cover almost everything here.
Between Magnolia and Victory the stock is mostly single-storey homes from the 1940s and 1950s: stucco outside, attached kitchen, slider to the yard, mature trees on the street. Slider tracks, kitchen surfaces and window sills carry the work, and the trees mean porches and entryways collect leaf litter and pollen year round.
Around Lankershim the buildings run from 1960s courts with tuck-under parking to new mid-rise with lifts and key fobs. Tenant turnover is high, so move-in and move-out cleaning is the most common job — cabinets, oven and fridge inside as standard, and photographs with timestamps if a deposit is in question.
Proximity to Universal and the studios means a lot of homes here are let out by the night. Turnovers are their own service: same-day reset, linens, restock and photographs of the finished unit, timed to the gap between checkout and check-in.

Getting in
This is our own neighbourhood, and most of it is easy: residential streets with driveways, apartment buildings with a gated garage. Short-term rentals near the studios are the exception — they change guests weekly, so the code changes too. Send the current one with the booking.
