Home / Service Areas / Hidden Hills
Hidden Hills is a gated city of about 1,725 residents, and every visit starts at one of its three guarded gates. Put the crew on your household guest list when you book, and a background-checked team arrives on time with everything it needs.

fixed priceWhere we work
Whichever gate is closest to your street, the crew needs to be on your guest list before it arrives. We take the names in the booking and confirm the visit the day before.
Through the gate
All three gates — Long Valley by the 101, Round Meadow by the school and the Burbank gate — are staffed around the clock, and guests are let in from a resident’s list. Each household keeps its own guest list of up to fifteen names, so add the crew to it before the first visit.
Tell us in the booking notes which gate to use and how the guards prefer to be told. If you will not be home, leave the lockbox or keypad details for the house itself in the same notes; the crew reads them before setting off and calls when it arrives.
Horse country inside the gates
Hidden Hills is horse country: bridle trails and riding arenas run between the homes, and the fine arena dust they raise finds its way onto sills, sliding-door tracks, blinds and entry floors.
A deep clean covers window sills and tracks along with baseboards, vents, fixtures and limescale; regular visits in between keep the kitchen, bathrooms and floors in check.
Large homes, priced by layout
Most of the 635 homes in Hidden Hills are owner-occupied, and the houses run large. The price follows the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you choose in the form, so a five-bathroom home is priced as one before anything is booked — upfront, not hourly.
Windows and blinds are priced per piece with the window calculator, and the oven or fridge interiors are add-ons you pick in the same form.
The same people each time
On weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly visits we send the same background-checked crew whenever the schedule allows. In a gated city that matters twice: the house gets learned, and the names on your guest list stay the same.
Recurring visits continue until you stop them, with no contract and no minimum number of visits.
