How it works
- Tell a friend about VAST — or forward them your referral code.
- They book any cleaning and mention your name or code.
- They get $25 in their account right away. Your $25 lands once their cleaning is paid for. Unlimited referrals.
Program terms
- Who counts as a friend. The person you refer must be new to VAST Cleaning — someone who has not booked with us before. There is no limit on how many friends you refer.
- When the reward is earned. Your friend’s $25 is added as soon as they book. Your $25 is added after their first cleaning is paid for. If that booking is cancelled or refunded, your reward is not issued.
- What you get. $25 in credit in your account. It comes off the total when you book — no add-on to pick and no code to type. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to an unpaid invoice.
- How long it lasts. The reward does not expire. Use it whenever you book your next cleaning.
- How to claim it. Your friend uses your link or code when booking. Your credit applies by itself the next time you book while signed in to your account.
- Combining offers. One reward per booking, and it cannot be combined with another discount or promotion on the same visit.
- Partner program. Real estate agents, property managers and building partners have a separate agreement with different terms — those rewards are paid under that agreement and never affect the price a client pays.
- Changes. We may change or end this program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change are honoured.
