Apartment & Condo Cleaning in Los Angeles

Done right, building by building — crews who work around elevators and quiet hours, at a upfront price from $125. Apartments and condos across Los Angeles County and Orange County, seven days a week.

The service

Apartments and Condos.

Small space, high standards. An apartment is a different job from a house: kitchens and bathrooms are compact, so build-up concentrates in a few square feet, and the building has its own rules about parking, the service elevator and quiet hours. We confirm access with you before the visit and work the same written checklist we use anywhere else — a trusted, background-checked team, with products that are safe around children and pets. Standard is the recurring visit; Deep is for a first clean, a place that has gone a while without professional cleaning, or the visit before a landlord walkthrough. In Los Angeles dust, pollen and freeway soot settle all year and windows stay open, so a deep clean every 6 months is usually right — every 3–4 months with pets, near a freeway or up in the canyons. Inside the oven, inside the fridge and inside the cabinets are add-ons at $49 each, and windows are priced per window; both show up with the total in the booking form.

Apartment cleaning services in Los Angeles, condo cleaning, apartment building units — buildings with front desks, lockboxes and quiet hours are the part we handle for you.

Apartment cleaners, condo cleaning, move in cleaning after the keys change hands — all of it runs on the same checklist and the same price list. Building rules, lockboxes, front desks and quiet hours are the part we handle so you do not have to.

Balcony or patio cleaning is a $25 add-on. Floor swept and mopped, railing wiped down, outdoor furniture wiped over — about 15 minutes for a two-person crew. Clutter stays where it is unless you clear it first. Sliding doors and balcony glass are priced separately, as large windows. Pick it in the booking form under “Inside your home”.

Crews are based in North Hollywood, so the nearest neighbourhoods get the earliest slots: Apartment cleaning in North Hollywood, Apartment cleaning in Valley Village, Apartment cleaning in Studio City, Apartment cleaning in Van Nuys and Apartment cleaning in Burbank.

FAQs

Apartment cleaning — Quick Answers.

How much does apartment cleaning cost in Los Angeles?

A studio is $125 every two weeks, a 1 bed / 1 bath $125, a 2 bed / 2 bath $165 and a 3 bed / 2 bath $199. A one-off deep clean of the same apartments runs $159 to $365. The price depends on bedrooms and bathrooms, not on square footage.

Do you work in buildings with a front desk or a service lift?

Yes, and it helps to tell us at booking. Lift reservations, loading-dock hours and visitor registration change how long a job takes, and we would rather plan around them than have a crew waiting in a lobby.

Can you clean a balcony or a patio?

Yes, as an add-on. Balconies collect the same fine dust that comes through window tracks in Los Angeles, so they are worth doing with the deep clean rather than every visit.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. The crew arrives with everything, including eco-friendly products that are safe around pets and children. If you would rather we use your own products, leave them out and say so at booking.

What if something gets missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and anything on the checklist that was missed is re-cleaned free within 48. That is the whole promise: it covers re-cleaning, not refunds for work performed as agreed.

“They were able to hook me up with a same-day cleaning on short notice on a Saturday. Gulsina showed up with every cleaning product known to man, including eco and pet friendly. She was very thorough and did things I didn't even ask her to.”
