A body shop is judged in the twenty minutes a customer spends in reception and the restroom, not in the paint booth — so that is what this service keeps in shape: office and waiting area, both restrooms, the dining area and the outside entrance, every week, fixed price, fixed day. The first visit is a deep reset at $249, because a weekly list cannot catch a year of build-up; after that $99 a week holds it. Crews are insured and bonded, and they work around your hours so nothing stops the shop.

Office and waiting area, restrooms, the dining area and the entrance. Same day every week, same list every time.

Office, reception & waiting area

Work top to bottom, from the far corner toward the door.

Empty all trash cans and put in new bags
Dust the shelves, display cabinets and decorations
Wipe the glass display-cabinet fronts
Dust and wipe the computers, monitors and phones
Wipe and disinfect the desks, reception counter and high-touch surfaces
Wipe the sofas and chairs
Spot-clean the wooden entrance door and door frame
Wipe the light switches, outlet covers and door handles
Vacuum and mop the floor

Restrooms (both)

Do every step in both restrooms. Work top to bottom, finishing at the floor by the door.

Empty the trash, put in a new bag, and wipe the can
Clean the mirror
Wipe and disinfect the sink, faucet and countertop
Clean and disinfect the toilet (bowl, seat, base and around it)
Spot-clean the door handle, switch and the walls around the sink and toilet
Mop and disinfect the floor

Dining & break area

Work top to bottom, finishing at the floor by the door.

Empty the trash and put in a new bag
Wipe the microwave inside and out
Wipe the refrigerator outside and the handles
Wipe and sanitize the water cooler and its drip tray
Wipe the counters
Wipe the cabinet fronts
Wipe the tables and chairs
Sweep the floor

Outdoor & entrance

Pick up litter and large debris
Leaf-blow the outside work area

First-Time Deep Reset.

The initial clean. Everything in the weekly list plus light fixtures, vents, the insides of display cabinets, baseboards, limescale and hard-water stains in the restrooms.

Includes all standard tasks, plus the deep items below. Work top to bottom, from the far corner toward the door.

Remove cobwebs and dust the ceiling corners
Dust and wipe the light fixtures
Wipe the air vent and A/C grille covers
Dust the shelves, display cabinets and all decorations
Clean inside the display cabinets and the glass shelves
Dust and wipe the computers, monitors, phones and cables
Wipe and disinfect the desks, reception counter and high-touch surfaces
Wipe and condition the leather sofas and chairs
Hand-wipe the doors (whole surface), frames and tops
Wipe the light switches, outlet covers and door handles
Wash the baseboards
Vacuum and mop the floor

Restrooms (both)

Do every step in both restrooms. Work top to bottom, finishing at the floor by the door.

Empty the trash, put in a new bag, and wipe/disinfect the can
Dust and wipe the light fixtures and the exhaust fan cover
Hand-wipe the door, frame and walls
Clean the mirror
Clean and disinfect the sink, faucet and countertop; remove limescale
Polish the chrome fixtures and faucets
Clean and disinfect the toilet; remove hard-water stains and limescale
Wipe the baseboards
Deep-scrub and disinfect the floor (corners and edges too)
