Home / Service Areas / West Hollywood
West Hollywood is dense, mostly apartments and condos, with tight parking and building-managed access. We plan for it: crews carry their own supplies up, work quietly during posted hours, and keep hallways clear so neighbors and management stay happy.

Neighborhoods we serve
Parking is the real constraint in WeHo. We schedule buffer time for it, and if your building has a visitor spot or garage code, sharing it at booking shaves 15 minutes off the visit.
What West Hollywood homes actually need
This is the densest area we serve, and density decides everything: unit size, parking, building rules and how often people move.
Much of West Hollywood is buildings from the 1920s to the 1940s: small kitchens, original hex and subway tile, deep grout lines, painted wood windows, shared laundry. Grout and tile edges are where a standard clean visibly pays off, and original windows are washed by hand rather than with a pole squeegee so the frames and putty are not soaked.
Turnover here is high and many units are rent-stabilised, so both tenants and landlords expect the unit returned to the condition on the inspection sheet. Cabinets, oven and fridge inside are standard in our move-out clean, not extras, and we photograph the finished work if you need it for a deposit conversation.
Permit-only streets, no loading zones and buildings without guest parking decide when a crew can realistically arrive and how long the visit takes. Tell us at booking where a car can actually stand — it is the single most useful thing you can tell us here.
The rate is shown before you book, in a studio or a two-bedroom.
Getting in
This is the densest area we serve, and parking decides how a visit starts. Pre-war courtyard buildings rarely have a guest space. Send the garage code, the guest spot number or the block that works, and none of the visit goes to looking for a space.
A front desk, a call-box code, a garage fob left with the manager or a lockbox all work. Put the building instructions in the booking notes — the crew reads them before setting off, and calls when they arrive.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, with the same crew wherever the schedule allows — they learn the house, and the visit gets shorter without getting thinner. Recurring visits continue until you stop them, with no fee and no minimum number of visits.

“Loved my experience with this cleaning service! They were so quiet and efficient. By the time they finished, my house and balcony looked spotless, and they didn't miss a thing… worth every penny.”
“They were able to hook me up with a same-day cleaning on short notice on a Saturday. Gulsina showed up with every cleaning product known to man, including eco and pet friendly. She was very thorough and did things I didn't even ask her to.”
