A standard visit is recurring upkeep in a fixed order — kitchen first, then bathrooms, then every living space, finishing with the floors — handled by a trusted, background-checked team. Two cleaners usually need two to three hours for a one-bedroom and four to five for a three-bedroom, so most homes are done in a single afternoon. We bring the products and the equipment, including the vacuum; everything is family- and pet-safe by default, and the crew works from the written checklist below — the same one on every visit, so the result does not depend on who shows up. Anything on that list that gets missed, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free within 48. Balcony or patio cleaning is a $25 add-on. Floor swept and mopped, railing wiped down, outdoor furniture wiped over — about 15 minutes for a two-person crew. How much does house cleaning cost in Los Angeles?

Prices by layout, never by the hour. On a recurring schedule the rate is fixed; a first, deep or move-out visit can need extra time, and we agree it with you. On an every-two-weeks schedule a studio is $125, a 2 bed / 2 bath home $175, a 3 bed / 2 bath single-storey $220 and a five-bedroom home $469. You see the full price for your exact layout before you book, and nothing is added without asking you first.

Why does the first visit cost more than the ones after it?

A home that has not had a professional clean in a while needs a reset before upkeep makes sense. The first visit is priced by how long it has been — 2 to 4 weeks, 4 to 6 weeks, or a full deep clean — and from the second visit you are on the recurring rate.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients leave a code, a lockbox or a key. You get a message when the crew is on the way and another when the job is finished.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. The crew arrives with everything, including eco-friendly products that are safe around pets and children. If you would rather we use your own products, leave them out and say so at booking.

What if something gets missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and anything on the checklist that was missed is re-cleaned free within 48. That is the whole promise: it covers re-cleaning, not refunds for work performed as agreed.

Is this the same as a maid service?

Yes. Maid service, housekeeping and house cleaning describe the same visit; we use the plain name. It runs weekly, every two weeks or monthly with the same background-checked two-person crew, so nothing needs explaining twice.
