Large lots mean long driveways, and part of Tarzana sits behind gates. Send the code or put the crew on the guest list with the booking — a locked gate is the one thing we cannot work around from outside.
Add the crew to the gate list or send the code, then leave a lockbox or keypad for the door itself. Both go in the booking notes; the crew reads them before setting off, and calls when they arrive.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, with the same crew wherever the schedule allows — they learn the house, and the visit gets shorter without getting thinner. Recurring visits continue until you stop them, with no fee and no minimum number of visits.
