Transparency & compliance

A Program Your Broker and Owner Will Approve.

Referral rewards are legal when they are transparent — so transparency is how the whole program is built.

• Written agreement — every partnership runs on a signed referral agreement, never a handshake.
• Paid to your company — Rewards are credited to your partner account. Any cash payout is made to a business account, with a W-9 on file and Form 1099-NEC issued over $600.
• Broker-friendly — licensed agents are compensated through their employing broker, per CA B&P §10137.
• Client price never changes — the reward is our marketing cost, never a markup (CA SB 478 all-in pricing).
• Your client stays yours — we provide cleaning only, and route any real-estate request back to you.
• Full paperwork on request — agreement, W-9, payment records and program terms, any time.
