Limits
A cleaning visit is not a repair call or a moving service. The team does not move heavy furniture, fix fixtures, or work outside the home's interior. Anything that needs a different license or a different set of tools falls outside a standard booking.
Carpet shampooing is one example: it needs a machine and a drying process a regular cleaning visit does not include, so it is handled by a separate carpet cleaning company, not by us. If a home has wall-to-wall carpet, floors around it are still vacuumed as part of the visit.
