What Alhambra homes actually need
Alhambra is not one kind of housing, and a cleaning plan that ignores that either misses work or charges for work you do not need. Three patterns cover most of what we see here.
Much of the Bean Tract and Emery Park was built between the 1920s and the 1940s. These homes bring original hex and subway tile, deep grout lines, painted wood windows and detached garages. Grout and tile edges are where a standard clean visibly pays off, and they are the first thing we look at when we walk in. Original windows are cleaned by hand rather than with a squeegee on a pole, so the frames and putty are not soaked.
The stock around Alhambra Park and the Midwick Tract is mostly single storey with attached kitchens and sliding doors to the yard. Here the work concentrates on kitchen surfaces, slider tracks and the doors themselves, which collect dust from the street faster than the rest of the house.
Newer buildings along the Main Street corridor and Valley Blvd mean shared entrances, lifts, key fobs and quiet hours. Our crews work to building rules: we ask about access and parking at booking, arrive with our own supplies so nothing is carried through a lobby twice, and keep to the hours the HOA sets.
Whatever the building, the price is the same upfront rate you see before you book, and the checklist is the same one our crews sign off room by room.
Getting in
Streets in the older tracts are narrow and many houses have a detached garage down a shared driveway. If parking on your block is restricted, tell us at booking — we plan the arrival around it rather than losing the first fifteen minutes circling.
Lockbox, keypad, front desk or a neighbour all work. Leave the instructions in the booking notes and the crew gets them on their phone before they set off.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, with the same crew wherever the schedule allows — they learn the house, and the visit gets shorter without getting thinner. Recurring visits continue until you stop them, with no fee and no minimum number of visits.
